The St George’s Police Children Trust is a registered charity which provides support of a financial nature to children and young people whose police officer parent has either lost their life or had an injury/illness, whilst on or off duty, preventing them from being able to work.

Police officers are very often the first responders to serious accidents and dangerous incidents, which can sometimes result in the unthinkable happening. While no amount of money can replace a parent, support from the Charity can provide a degree of financial certainty in difficult times and is provided for on or off duty incidents.

Support the Charity, and together we can help safeguard the future of our police officer's children. To be eligible for the Trust’s benefit, officers must make a donation of 20p per week.

Individuals eligible for the Trust’s benefit are children of;

•  Serving police officers

•  Retired police officers who contributed throughout their police service (full definition of police officer and retired police officer are contained within the St George’s Police Children Trust eligibility policy.)

If you are not currently making a regular donation to the St George’s Police Children Trust and would like to do so, simply click here, complete the details on the tear off slip and on the attached direct debit mandate form and return both forms to the address below to process.

All direct debits will be processed on the 1st of the month.
