This Circular is to inform members that from 1st October 2022 the Group Insurance Scheme subscriptions will increase by £0.25 to £25.75 per month for serving Members. The rates for Partners of Serving Members are unchanged at £7.75.
There are no changes to cover under the scheme, with the only exception being the addition of Car Hire Extension Cover to the travel policy. Details of this are shown on page 15 of the travel policy. You should read the Health Declaration on page 3 of the travel policy and comply with the listed conditions. As the travel industry remains disrupted, you will be better protected if you book package holidays with reputable ABTA and ATOL bonded agents/operators and make payment using a credit card.
A copy of the Benefits Booklet (see Annex A) effective 1st October 2022 is provided with this Circular. The Benefits Booklet and Travel Policy are also available via the DPF Website and can be requested in hard copy format, if required. This distribution replaces direct postal mailing to members of the Scheme by Philip Williams & Co, due to revised working practices brought about by Covid-19.
