Your attention is drawn to the following two documents: ANNEX A: A Defence Internal Brief dated 29 January 2016 and ANNEX B: An explanation regarding claiming your correct holiday entitlement.
We have separately written to the MDP / the Department urging them to produce a Question and Answer paper to aid you in the claiming and payment of Statutory Holiday Pay.
We have also included in that letter a list of questions posed by you.
At the same time we have also approached the Department to suggest that the submission of holiday pay claims should not be carried out by employees, but rather that it should simply be calculated and paid by the MOD as they would when they calculate wages due.
