The Bank of England increases interest rates from 4.5% to 5.00%
Uniform Mortgages LtdĀ offer free, independent mortgage advice and have been working with POLFED members since 2002 – if you have a mortgage now and your fixed rate will be expiring within the nextĀ (three months) Uniform Mortgages will look at ways to help reduce the increase to your monthly mortgage repayments.
Also – IfĀ you are a first time buyer, moving home or buying an additional property we can also assist.

- Police officers
- Civilian staff
- POLFED employees
- + Immediate family of all of the above groups inc. spouse or partner, children, parents and siblings.
