Officers of the Ministry of Defence Police demonstrate exceptional bravery and dedication every day. The Defence Police Federation Annual Awards provide an opportunity to recognise and highlight their outstanding work.
The ceremony will take place in Southampton on Thursday 19 November 2026. One of the most prestigious events in the Federation’s calendar, celebrating the very best of the MDP.
We want to fill every category with worthy nominees, and that starts with you putting forward the colleagues who deserve to be in the spotlight.
We encourage you to nominate colleagues who deserve recognition across all award categories. Whether for bravery, inspirational leadership, outstanding investigations, policing excellence, or lifetime achievement, your nomination helps ensure their contributions are acknowledged.
Eligible work must fall between 01 March 2025 and 01 March 2026. Nominations are welcome for both individuals and teams.
