Members should ensure that their beneficiary details are up to date, for their nominated beneficiary to receive £3,000 in the event of your death in service. The payment is a benefit of your DPF membership, which can help with immediate expenses.
Please log in to the DPF website to check the address, contact number and personal details of the Death Benefit Nominee that we hold for you. If your details are not up to date it can increase the amount of time it takes to pay your chosen nominee.
It only takes a couple of minutes to check your beneficiary details by logging into the DPF website: www.dpf.org.uk. All personal details can be updated via the website, including your beneficiary details.
If you do not currently have a DPF website account, members can create an online account by clicking the register button: https://dpf.org.uk/register/
If you are unable to create an online account personal details can also be updated by completing the attached FIN11 Change of Details Form. The completed form can be returned to us via post or via email to admin2@dpf.org.uk.
The DPF are not advised via the Force of updated details such as change in rank, change of station, change of address etc. Members are responsible for keeping the DPF informed of any change in personal details.
