The DPF Annual Conference will be held on the 26th– 27th June 2019 at the Novotel Hotel Stansted, Essex. This is your opportunity to raise motions from your respective Branches during the conference.
It would assist the smooth running of conference, if any proposed motions can be forwarded to DPF HQ soonest, via email to admin2@dpf.org.uk but no later than April 30th 2019 please.
This will allow CASOC (the Conference Arrangements and Standing Orders Committee) to ensure that any proposed motion is competent. Please note that any motion being presented this year must not have been presented and defeated within the last three years. The list of motions to be presented to conference will be published on the DPF web-site no later than May 24th 2019 for members information.

Motions will be accepted from the floor on the day, but you are still advised to research any proposal prior by referring to the DPF website. Motions will also need to be proposed and seconded to be heard.
