REMINDER:
PROPOSED SHIFT PATTERN CHANGES – FEDERATION POLL
You will all be aware of the proposed changes to shift patterns, being put forward by the Chief Constable.
Clearly there is a significant amount of information missing from their initial consultation paper, and we will be seeking sight of that, however in the mean time we would welcome your completing this questionnaire, to establish the potential impact on our membership and your desire to change patterns, if that is the case.
We would ask that if you could, please give us your name and number, as we can then follow up with you on your comments if necessary. These details will not be shared with anyone outside of DPF HQ.

The consultation on this is limited and we are due to return to the Force next week, with out initial observations, so we would welcome you completing this poll as soon as you can. It is essential that we gather as much information as possible.
