This circular is intended for the information of all DPF members.
Your attention is drawn to the MOD People Services web site, where on the morning of Monday 1st February, a form and explanation has been placed on the people services portal to enable you to claim statutory holiday pay (SHP).
There is a MDP specific form DBS Form 1910E- For MOD Police grades, the website article provides links to the form together with important information about determining if you have an entitlement to SHP. In addition, it articulates how to complete the information that DBS will need from you in order to correctly calculate the SHP you are claiming.
Statutory Holiday is payable with effect from the 1 May 2015 (the start of the new leave year). Â It applies to the first 20 days leave taken on or after 1 May 2015. It should be noted that Bank Holidays are to be included when determining the 20 days total for annual leave.
