Election of Southern Area SSG Member to NEC

ELECTION OF SOUTHERN AREA SSG MEMBER TO NEC

Please be advised that the position of Southern Area SSG Member to the National Executive Committee is available, following re-organisation at the 2014 Defence Police Federation Annual Conference.

The position is available to any Senior Supervisory Grade Officer who is a current DPF Member and fulfils the following criteria:

·      Nominees must be fully paid up members of the Defence Police Federation

·      Nominees must be stationed in the Southern area

·      Nominees must have THREE (3) years unbroken membership of the Defence Police Federation at the time of their nomination.

The nominations should be proposed and seconded by the SSG Southern Area Members. Both the proposer and seconder should print and sign their name on the nomination paper.

Email applications will be accepted in the first instance however this must be followed up by an appropriate signed hard copy

All nominations from suitably qualified members should be forwarded to DPF HQ office by no later than close of business Friday 8^th August 2014.

Should there be more than one suitable nomination received, ballot papers will be sent to the SSG Members of Southern Area.

The closing date of the ballot will also be supplied with the ballot papers.
