This circular is to update members that at the end of last week our legal representatives lodged a total of five group claims on our members’ behalf, for the forced changes to their pensions.
This is the first step in the process and over 1000 members registered and had their claims lodged. Taking into account those members that were not affected due to their age or their joining date, this number looks to be correct and hopefully covers every member affected.
We made every effort to ensure no one was missed. We will, of course, keep you informed as this progresses.
