HOLIDAY PAY RULING
Further to Circular 55/14 (b) please note that we have continued to try and resolve the matter through dialogue with the MOD but that has proven difficult, as the MOD has not shown willingness to approach the matter in a reasonable fashion.
Therefore we have been left with no choice but to bring Employment Tribunal claims on behalf of those members who expressed a desire to pursue their Holiday Pay claims.
